This is a resolutely great Saint-Emilion, made to distinguish itself amongst great wines in its appellation. This is the latest wine to be developed on the estate and is crafted from old Château Vieux Larmande vines using a mix of traditional and modern techniques. It shares the qualities of some of the exceptional wines grown on the Saint-Emilion terroir.
Briefly, this appealing wine is sheer concentrated enjoyment. Warm and more-ish, it features silky, very elegant tannins. This wine can be enjoyed both when young or after a few years of ageing.
